Roll to Dodge - Chaos 2 - Turn 11 - Delay

Welcome, former players and readers!
Welcome to the remake of Roll to Dodge - Chaos!
Things will be slightly different this time around, but will remain the same, more or less.
We will have three different rule "groups," Minor, Major, and Core.
Core rules can only be changed by the Game Master. End of story.
Major rules can only be changed by players who have risen above the rest, similar to the Gods of the former Omniverse. These rules ideally involve what kind of die we roll, what rolls are desirable, etc.
Minor rules can be changed by anyone, and only involve things such as a bonus to certain rolls in a location.
All rules affect all players.
I will accept 10 players. You are allowed to bring in your previous character for roleplaying purposes, though they will start off at the same level as everyone else.
