Turn order is dependent on Agi
If you have enough Agl, you can act more than once each time, this is countered by enemy Agl

poison:loses health every turn
stun:cannot move for X turns
frozen:cannot move until you got hit or healed
sleep:same as stun, but lasts shorter and is cancelled by physical attack
silence:cannot use magic skills
confusion:attack randomly between allies and foes
blind:lowers your acc/eva
burn:same as poison, but very weak and lowers your attack a lot
bleed:same as poison, but weaker and lowers your physical attack
numb:cannot use physical skills
zombie:counts you being dead and is controlled by the enemy
berserk:increases power a lot but attacks uncontrollably, only targets foes
Haste:increases agl
shield:halves physical damage taken
magic shield:same as shield, but with magic
max guard:cannot be damaged for 1 hit
regen:opposite of poison
autolife:automatically revives when the user is dead, but wears off if user doesn't die for X turns
Grayed-out actions is not available

NOTE:There's a more risky , but even more rewarding way to take them out, the interact all command triggers a fight to ALL surrounding enemies, and if you succeeded to finish them, you get an EXP multiplier depends on how many enemies are around.
NOTE:the equip command puts the item into equip, and use command to use item
