I see a small problem with the two polls that were posted, although the problem is pretty minor.
Some actions that moderators and other staffs do cannot be detected and/or noticed by normal users in the forums. And even if they do notice the change or can see the change, they cannot tell who did the change since they cannot see the moderator logs. The only way normal users would be able to tell whether someone performed these tasks or not would be if the moderator themselves states so, currently.

Again, this is pretty minor problem (in my opinions anyways), so you can completely ignore me if you want. This is also assuming that this is being used for a serious purpose of some sort.

I think I can say this without getting flamed that everyone is trolling PQ.
The reason for that I don't know.

This seems to be a "ride the bandwagon" effect to me. @PQ

I voted for PQ 'cause Alex is a more "Do stuff now and think about it later." and VR is the exact opposite. It's a combination I'd rather have than PQ (Who's in the middle) and one other side. Anyways, let the flaming begin.
