flan has a point, many of Aunvertex is ripped from various bosses.
I hoped to make a unique set, but it seems I had failed.

Back to the drawing board, aye.
probably have enough time though

k. Finally got around to uploading Crusader's file. This is a little different from the video, with some attack tweaks (aka: more ion ring spam in more attacks)

NOTE: Do not blind fight this boss without reading the below message or watching the vid.

Regarding first phase, you're suppose to shoot the barriers to cause gaps to open and run through them to get around. Recommend watching video first to see what I mean.

I've had my boss ready for a few days now, but the video's taking a bit longer than usual, so I'm posting right now.

Edit: Video's up.

Description: My first proper bullet hell boss. It mainly relies on bullets and energy eggs. It uses 16 attacks and has 3 phases(6 phases if you count the final attacks of each phase as separate phases). Originally there was going to be a secret form for this one, but I hit the parts limit. However, there is a surprise for those who manage to beat it without dying.

I'm pulling Aunvertex out of this contest.
It needs more time and ideas and originality.

To replace that, though...

Eliminator - Fraxy Type

Code: Select all

http://fraxyhq.net/uploader/bosses/[][][][]_-_Eliminator%20-%20Fraxy%20Type%20rev1.fed
Inspired by Eliminator and various enemies from Hero Core.
Brought to life with Hero Core's normal boss theme.
Image... no time.

Still a demo since... only one day to work on replacement.
Unfortunate. But at least there's a literal quick boss - it shouldn't take you more than two minutes to force it to retreat, but it will shoot you down just as fast if you're not careful.
Try to get the highest score through the least deaths!

EDIT: Noticed that the notes still say Aunvertex. Too late to change that, though.
EDIT2: Nope. But minor update.
And yes, credits to flan for the player weapon.

/expectstolose

I think we all know who the real winner is
