Yeah... It's me.

Once again, I have a problem. But this time, It's not with the Fraxy programs... but with my Hypercam used for recording the game. it now just randomly says that the FrameRate is too high, so I tried lowering the Frames per Seconds thing to something smaller, but It's not working properly when recording. What can I do to fix this?

Try Camstudio or Bandicam.

Late reply here, but try lowering the compression quality.
Compression quality of 70-75% ought to work with 15 fps.
