Styles will not be fixed momentarily because AcidTech isn't compatible with phpbb 3.1 yet.

Right, so here's where we stand.
The Shoutbox is not coming back. I'm sorry, but it was just too broken and badly coded. I'm not implementing an alternative either, in the hope that it'll get you lot to post on the forum more often.
As far as styles go, if Acidtech gets updated for phpBB 3.1, we'll go back to that no questions asked. Until then we will have to assume that it won't. If anyone wants to submit a style for the forum, you're more than welcome to email it to webmaster@fraxyhq.net where Alex and myself will consider it. If it's halfway decent then it'll probably get added. Dark styles like what we had before are preferred.
If you want some kind of reference to work off, the slightly modified Acidtech we were using, and which still powers the front page, is here.
