But it's not all bad, this is actually a good thing. The features in this thing are EXCITING. So many potential customizations, and I don't need to hassle with the horrible way Ruby code is laid out.
First, a quick summary of features the game's built-in features boasts:

So let's continue this an omni-topic for all things story, character, enemy, skill, equipment, and whatever else related.
First major order of business is designing characters again.

*A bit about the story being restructured: I plan on every character having their own story as a focus with them the main character. However, to keep it more focused, every solo story WILL NOT involve other IRL player characters unless that PC's story was already finished.
Something else I need is some list of skills and what they do. If these skills are weapon specific, specify that they can only be used with a specific weapon type. If they are magic, specify that they are magic.
Also of note is the possibility of Limit breaks, using the TP system in this new RPG Maker. I've decided these could be tied directly to specific rare weapons, however you can also, when making a character, decide on a single Limit Break skill. It can be as insane as you want, and do whatever you want (Even decrease magic costs for a few turns, or give you crazy regen abilities!), but note I'll be balancing shit so try to be unique.
If you want to make weapons or armor, feel free to. Provide a name, the stats it boosts, the type of weapon it is, and any special parameters you want (Seen far above).

Active: Ranged: Spread Shot: Fires off a splitting bullet (Or a hail of arrows) that hits all enemies, high accuracy, low damage. Physical. Rocket Barrage: Fire off a spread of mini-missiles to decimate all enemies. Decent accuracy. Non-elemental Damage. Physical. Chemical Cracker: Low damage, high accuracy. Rending Waves: Medium Damage to a single target. Can cause Debilitation. Wind/Physical. Magnetic Coating: Increases Magic Resistance for all allies, effects can stack. Noel stands at five foot nine inches, and has an average body build. Her body is covered in a dark green bodysuit, with smooth, streamlined grey and blue armor over it, her brown 'hair' is cut short, just barely coming down past her ears. Her eyes are a gentle blue-grey color.
The torso is shaped like a Kevlar vest, extended a bit from her chest thanks to all of the armor, with blue lines splitting from the middle in an X, the lines going over her shoulders and continuing down her back before twisting down her legs to offset the grey.
Her left arm has the railgun attached to it by a mount and several small couplings, her right arm has a similar set up. Her legs are a bit larger to support her weight better, her back extends out a bit more then her front, and shows at least two more smaller mounts.
Noel was made as Multipurpose Military Android by Dr. Simon Xanmos. Made in the image of his little sister. While she a cold and ruthless killing machine, What Xanmos didn't know was that a part of his sister lives on inside his creation. Looking over the the insane and cold person her brother has become, Noel remains by his side as the cold killing machine she was made to be in the first place.
As for how I would react, I've always been a person who acted on emotions, I don't plan much, I just do. I had always been like that, although I often wished to change that, and become a person ruled by logic. I felt that would be better. That was the way of the world, to use logic and nothing else.
Suddenly finding myself as nothing but a part of a machine, my actions restricted until I somehow choose the right one or it chooses it itself, while awesome at first, since you know, i'm a killer android, would quickly turn to me trying to find a way out. Unless I can take better control of it, it's going to be a damn nightmare from which I can never escape. At first, I would go after the party, due to programming and all, hunting them down/stalking them where ever they go, until my 'Master' is dead. And with me gaining a bit of control, I would readily join the party to get myself out of that twisted nightmare.
Noel herself is a being of little emotion, she doesn't often state her mind, and does very little without a reason behind it. While that might seem complicated at times, it fits her just well. There are times that she will show emotion maybe even panic a bit, showing a bit of the person trapped in the machine, but these moments are usually under extreme stress and thus, few and far in between. So most of Noel's actions will be dictated by the machine more then the soul within.

Concept, may change if needed. A bit like This, I suppose. Garo is an anthropomorphic Leopard of a good build, with Semi-Long Ebony hair going down to his neck, and green eyes. Has two "arrows" beneath his eyes and a little above his cheeks. On his forehead is a tattoo showing a Humanoid figure, within a circle, wrapped with thorned vines. He wears a long-sleeved, dark green sweatshirt with a turtleneck, Jeans of a navy blue colour and steel-tipped shoes. He also has a belt in which he has a sheath strapped on for bladed weapons, a holster for handguns as well as a pouch for items and such.

Garo is a mercenary that is willing to combat against an enemy when ordered, with allies or not. He does that for a living. His influences with a succubus caused him to gain knowledge over some magic abilities and developed to be an agile fighter with stamina. He is, however, prone to magic and it is his weak point. He enjoys fighting in close-combat, however if needed will also use certain Ranged attacks.

If you feel like this isn't sufficient enough, I can post a backstory of the character Garo, created from the RP's I had so far that gave me ideas.
Caleb is a short man of average build, with narrow shoulders and the fingers of a pianist. His chin is slightly sharp, his nose is rather small, his cheeks do not protrude far. His eyebrows are slightly thick and are as pitch black as his hair, which hangs in wild locks.
Who your character is and what they do:
Caleb is a powerless form of an extracelestial outsider, built as a simulacrum of a human being. Aside from physical anomalities caused by this, which are superflous for the purpose of the RPG, the mental effect causes his memories to displace or fade at whim, leaving his thoughts in a "Eternal Sunshine of spotless mind"-state.
He is driven by a wish for excitement, escape from excessive thought, but fears to lose himself to this shifting vortex of colors, sounds and laughter.
"Im just eccentric, not mad." is what he says, which is a struggle for him to keep true.

Try to prove everyone around you are mature enough to lead a life alone, while fully conscious that everyone considers you unable to lead a life alone. Feel completelly underappreciated and unchallenged by people who have no idea about the full ramifications of internet and its implications for the future. What your character looks like: Short dark hair and smooth skin defy Mustang's age. At fifty, he is remarkably agile and strong, easily capable of handling people half his age in combat. Sharp grey eyes appraise things and his nose is slightly raised in the centre from where it was broken once upon a time. Rather than being of bulky figure, his body shape is rather smoother, that of an athlete rather than a bodybuilder. He is of slightly above average height and prefers to wear combat fatigues when he isn't wearing his rather alarmingly heavy-looking armour. Somehow, his agility is retained underneath all the steel. His armour is rather tight-fitting, but is about an inch thick in places, designed to deflect most melee attacks easily. He foregoes a helmet in order to be able to see more in battle. His blackened and warped steel armour is accented with a deep burgundy. Who your character is and what they do: Mustang was a former military captain, overseeing a number of battles and assaults in various wars from near the front lines whenever he wasn't taking part in active offensives. However, he was removed from active service when his unit was accused of war crimes. My life is quite good right now, and being in a situation where I'd be in mortal danger and so close to never coming back would terrify me. What you'd do/how you'd behave now that you are this character: Eventually, rationally. I would be what is essentially a commander; perceptive, though not necessarily creative (I'd rely upon my team for that), dependent upon a solid base of comrades, considering the greater good before the team, but more importantly, the individual before the greater good. If I have to sacrifice my own progress to get out of this world alive for someone else's benefit, I will, but if something tries to force me to halt, I will not stand for it.
Melee: Black Shortblade (deals elementless damage): A dagger (practically a shortsword) coated in corrosive chemicals. Penetrates armour like there's no tomorrow and deals out ungodly wounds to organic targets. Thunderhammer (deals thunder damage): A warhammer containing a kinetic transformer, powering it with hundreds of watts of electricity for a shocking conclusion to most battles. Leadership: All allies gain boosts to their ranged attacks' damage and accuracy while Mustang is not blinded. Any allied buffs are increased by 25% in addition to their normal effects. Drachen Armour: This character takes no conventional melee damage. Each time melee damage would be dealt to Mustang, instead deal damage to him equivalent to 2% of his MHP. During battle, Mustang cannot be healed by items, only magic. Listener: If blinded, this character does not attack, but any melee attacks made against him are dealt with as if it was under normal conditions. However, double damage is taken from ranged attacks. Hand-to-hand prowess: If this character has no melee weapon equipped, his ATK increases. Damage remains the same. Electrical Conductor: If this character is hit by any thunder-based attack, his MAT, MDF and AGI are increased by the attacker's MAT. Black Shortblade: Poison: When this weapon successfully strikes an opponent, there is a 25% chance to poison the target. The damage dealt by this poison is increased by 20% each time the shortblade hits the target after the poisoning. This effect cannot be used against an opponent with Heavy armour. This effect cannot be used against noncorporeal targets. Corrode: When this weapon successfully strikes an armoured opponent, there is a 40% chance to weaken the target's armour. If so, the target's armour class is lowered (heavy to medium, medium to light, light to none, as appropriate) and becomes susceptible to any attacks or abilities that were previously considered to be unusable on account of the target's armour. Target's other stats remain the same after this effect. This ability may be used multiple times against a target. This effect cannot be used against unarmoured opponents. This effect cannot be used against noncorporeal targets. This ability cannot be used against a target with no armour.
Thunderhammer: Stun: When this weapon successfully strikes an opponent, there is a 50% chance to stun that opponent for the next turn. Lightning Rod: When this weapon is equipped, all Thunder-based attacks target the user. If the user is hit by a thunder based attack this turn, he cannot attack this turn.
Black Eagle Handgun:(These abilities are native to each handgun; if both are equipped, two separate abilities can be used) Attaché et Attaché (a property rather than an ability): When equipped, this weapon cannot be disarmed. This weapon allows the user to dual wield this one-handed weapon with a melee weapon only at any level. When equipped on its own (i.e. not dual wielded with any other weapon including a second Black Eagle), this weapon never misses. Full Auto: This weapon can be used to attack eight times in one turn to any number of targets. Once this ability has been used, the handgun cannot be used again this battle. Reload: This weapon cannot be used this turn. Next turn, however, the user can attack three times using this weapon.
MA Hand Cannon: Small Magazine (a property rather than an ability): This weapon can only be used four times in one battle. This weapon deals no damage and cannot be used for attacks. Once per round, one ability may be used, regardless of any and all other conditions. No more than one ability can be used per turn. This weapon allows the user to dual wield this one-handed weapon with a melee weapon only at any level. Flare: This ability allows the MAHC to be used for a ranged Fire attack. This ability sets the target on fire using a chemical and the damage dealt doubles between consecutive turns until the end of the battle. The chemical fire cannot be put out. Bolt: This ability allows the MAHC to be used for a ranged Thunder attack. This ability deals double damage and stuns the target for the next turn. Shear: This ability allows the MAHC to be used for a ranged elementless attack. This ability deals no damage, but renders all armour useless and converts the target's status to unarmoured. However, no new armour can be equipped or used by the target; the armour is considered flawed and pressure points allow all damage to pass onto the wearer unhindered, but the armour is still attached. A knight of the Lucidus Order, fighting for the greater good. Justice guides him towards the light, thinking that justice might be made in the world. Michael is a middle-aged (32) caucasian man with long black hair. His blue eyes do justice of his calm, cold personality. He is quite muscular for a man his age, and he wears a normal Templar outfit. The guy who is writing this is a spriter. A boring, normal person. Who goes to school. Yep.
"I can wield broadswords now? Heck yes. " Being a Templar and all, coolness cannot begin to describe how fighting for justice with a SWORD is. Find party members to kick monster ass ASAP.
Passive: Vengeful Justice – Michael gains 600% ATK for the next attack if an ally was killed.
MAGIC SKILLS DUE TO A TEMPLAR’S STUDYING
Purge Wrath – Removes Berserk from one ally. Purge Pestilence – Removes Poison from one ally. Purge Sloth – Removes Sleep from one ally. Purge Lust - Removes Infactuation effects from one ally. Purge Sins - Removes all status conditions from one ally. Purge Hell - Removes all status conditions from all allies. Blessing of Ressurection – Gives Auto-Life to one ally or to all allies at the cost of 4x MP. Raise Dead - Revives one ally. Blessing of Life – Heals one ally or all allies at the cost of 4x MP. Scales with MaxHP instead of MATK. Blessing of Force – Enchants weapon or fists of an ally or self, gaining a Light element on their attacks and additional magic damage (which stacks with their MATK instead of the caster's.)
PHYSICAL SKILLS DUE TO TEMPLAR’S TRAINING One for All – Michael takes all of the enemies’ single-target attacks this turn. Does not work on bosses. Assault – Unable to defend for the next turn. (This includes One for All) Attacks target with both the sword and the shield, dealing the normal attack damage + a percentage of the user’s DEF. Style Change (2 Handed/1 Handed) - Changes the style of attacks and attacks normally. 2 Handed has him deliver 50% more damage, but lose 20% DEF. 1 Handed is normal. Ultimatum - Michael forces a non-boss enemy to attack him. Michael must also attack him during the duration.

Infusion:When Miznaniminous casts a spell there is a 20% chance that he will also infuse his current weapon with the spell, adding the spell's element to the weapon and making it stronger, although not by much.(element is key here)
Miznaniminous Is a young man with long blond/gray hair, a big although not protruding nose and big eyebrows. He is very thin although not weak and has slightly overgrown nails on his hands. He wears robes that provide no protection outside of combat and wears his magical leather armor beneath.
Who your character is and what they do: Miznaniminous is a descendant of a legendary swordmaster(I'm talking greatswords) and hero, although he doesn't know it. He has no interest in huge weapons or machinery or heavy armor, instead he prefers a light blade or a staff and light armor. If he were to embrace his physical skills, he would become unstoppable, but he still relies on his magic more than his melee.
Miznaniminous is a wanderer, he walks the earth in search of knowledge and power, although mostly the former. He is not a social or kind person by any means, and won't help others unless there are in great danger and no one else can help them. He only engages in conversation if it benefits him. Even though he "hates everyone" he is not evil by any means, he just "hates everyone" .

*silence* *thoughts* *mumbles to self* DEAL WITH IT Well on the other hand there's a new world to explore.
Both: your basic healing spell : heals self or allies at low MP cost, doesn't heal alot, stronger with a staff.
antiheal : heals an undead ally/allies after they use a dark attack, stronger than regular heal, heals more if the dark attack is stronger, heals most if ally is undead,stronger with a staff.
Basic elemental magic of several levels : exactly what the name says, stronger with staff
Elemental barrage : attacks foe with all elements (one attack per element), each attack is weak (40% MAT) Drain magic : Drains the MP of a foe (that has MP) to recover 10% of your own MP Haste : boosts speed and attack by 30% for self or allies. Paralyzing virus: severely poisons and stuns an enemy. The void : 200% MAT dark attack that does heavy damage, takes away 20% of you HP and decreases the enemy's resistance to dark.
Shadowstep : appear behind an enemy and attack, high accuracy and guaranteed critical hit. Throw : throw your blade at the enemy and teleport it back to you using magic (140% ATK and ranged damage) Heart attack : Attack with low accuracy that deals normal damage but has a 50% chance to kill instantly (doesn't work on bosses)
Elemental Barrage V2 : same as elemental barrage but also has a non-elemental attack with your blade as a finisher (200% ATK)
Time shift : pick 3 skills and use them all in one turn.
