If the Meatshield is still alive and it is literally made out of meat, then open and throw a jar of Meat-Eater Worms at it. If it is not made out of meat, then throw a giant boulder at it, with a dynamite implanted inside the boulder that explodes after the boulder hit the meatshield.
If it is not alive, then take out a tank of Holy Water and and spray the Wall's side with it.
Spectralis uses Purity Flare against the wall's side.
