Fixing up the status screen some more

And I changed the hit mechanics. The number on the right (%) is the hit chance of hitting/critting/evading, and the number on the left (@) is the number of attempts it makes.

Of course, by 'number of attempts', I don't mean hitting more times than once a turn in a normal attack (this would be OP as fuck). I mean that it just calculates it that many times, and takes the best result.

So for CRT's [ 5 chances @ 10% ], it would calculate for the lowest conflicting [rand(100)], and take the lowest of 5 of these random numbers.

Looking very nice Zarro.

I'm loving the element icons, well every one but thunder. I think it'd look better in an electric pink color rather than lime green, but that is just a personal choice.

Also the new border looks far better than the original white bar thing.

Shop has been recoded a tad to look like this, rather than a shitty 'who has what, and will it improve?' interface. Which was very dull, boring, and cluttered.

This isn't as cluttered (surprisingly), and you can tell what exactly the weapon actually DOES, stat wise. HP/MP recoveries are obviously there for 'regular' item purchase, and are filled with the correct number or percent that any healing item would do.

Obviously the bottom right is the character list of who can use it. I'm going to look at trying to grey-scale the non-users rather than ONLY making them transparent, but for now it's alright.

Okay, so I've been pondering recently what the "Helmet" slot should actually be in the game. In many cases, there's no reason for any of us to ever wear an actual helmet or hat of any kind, and if they WERE made available, they could easily fall into an accessory slot, of the two everyone has.

So instead, I've decided upon "Limiter" as the slot use.

As far as I can theorize, Limiters would do as the namesake, and limit your character in one way in order to accomplish something more worthwhile in the long run. This could include additional battle experience, mana cost reduction, or gaining additional stat points upon leveling up.

Really, as long as the reward isn't an immediate numerical boost, there's a ton of possibilities. Feel free to come up with a few.
