Attack the troll again with the Old Sword. If it's dead, attack the shaman instead.

Drakiel leapt back. His sword was suddenly once again was surrounded with a green aura. He glanced at it for a second, before turning back to the troll. Drakiel swung his sword back and prepared to throw it at the troll's leg.
Attempt to throw my sword like a boomerang. No, really.

You ready the dagger in your hands, taking careful aim. Confident, you throw the dagger at the Troll...

Action Roll: 2

And you completely miss your throw. Guess daggers just weren’t meant to be thrown, who would have thought? The dagger goes into the woods and out of sight. You attempt to track the trajectory of the dagger...

Roll to Dodge: 1

But it’s completely lost.

Item Lost: Old Dagger

(You may continue searching for it next turn, or you can go back to the fight and attack, sans your dagger. If the fight ends before you find your dagger, you will NOT get it back at the end of the fight.)

You, once again, begin channelling the magic from the environment to do your bidding.

Action Roll: 1

You feel a ripple in the concentration of magic in front of you, though, and it suddenly explodes in your face!

Roll to Dodge: 4

You manage to escape the worst of it, though.
ShadowSpectre wrote:Stab the shit out of the troll's leg, preferably the back of its knee.
Action Roll: 5

You attack the troll when it isn’t looking at you, making it unable to effectively defend itself (-1 to DEF roll)

Combat Roll: 6 v 1 (No rolls can go lower than 1)

By the time you’re done stabbing the Troll, it falls down to a knee, several holes in its leg, and takes 18 damage.
Jayeon wrote:Attempt to throw my sword like a boomerang. No, really.
Not deterred by Al’s humiliating attempt to do something similar, you decide that you’re better than that and throw your sword...

Action Roll: 1

... Right into the same forest Al’s dagger disappeared into. Much like Al, you go off in search of your sword...

Roll: 2

But don’t find it anywhere.

Item Lost: Old Holy Sword

(You may continue searching for it next turn, or you can go back to the fight and attack, sans your sword. If the fight ends before you find your sword, you will NOT get it back at the end of the fight.)
David wrote:Attack with sword. (Auto-action’d)
Action Roll: 3

David charges the troll and swings his sword at it, the Troll adjusting to face him as he does so.

Combat Roll: 5 v 4-1

David manages to hit the troll for 13 damage.
VR wrote:Slash the troll.
Gripping your sword, you prepare yourself to attack the Troll...

Action Roll: 6

As you do, you feel a strange aura engulf your sword. +2 to attack roll

Combat Roll: 6+2 v 3-1

You slash the troll, completely bisecting him and killing him!

The aura seems to react violently to the blood of the Troll, though, and blows up in your face! You try to defend against it...

Roll to Dodge: 3

And you manage to withstand most of the force, but you still take 4 damage.

The Shaman is now vulnerable to melee attacks!

Enemy Attack
Goblin Shaman wrote:The Goblin Shaman begins to charge up a magic attack in its hands!
Target Roll: 3 = Flan
Action Roll: 6

Drakiel cursed himself as he looked everywhere in search of his sword, only to seemingly not be able to find it anywhere. However, he wasn't about to give up on it just yet. He felt that he couldn't go on without his sacred weapon. It was important to completing his task at hand. Drakiel continued looking for his sword, keeping an eye out for it's glowing green aura.
Go deeper and continue looking for my sword. Try to keep a eye out for any of it's identifying features.

If the Shaman hasn't died yet, stab them in the throat. If the Shaman's dead, take both sword and dagger before Al gets to them.
