GameRotate: Multiplayer Battleships, Turn 8

GameRotate is simply that: Once one game is finished, another game rotates into place.
As per the results of the poll, I hereby declare that this first round will be determined with Multiplayer Battleships.

GAME 1: MULTIPLAYER BATTLESHIPS
Establishing battlefield control. Stand by.
1. The Rules
If you have played Battleships before, skip.
If not, read. No tl;dr.

a. Placement
A 10x10 grid is your positioning area. You have to place a 5x1 Carrier, a 4x1 Battleship, a 3x1 Submarine, a 3x1 Cruiser and a 2x1 Destroyer. Submit the positioning via PM to the GM [currently me, next GM will be determined from the winner].
Remember, no overlapping of ships. And no diagonals.

b. Action
Once Turn Zero [placement turn] is complete, the real battle begins. Every turn, each player declares a player to shoot at and a grid location to shoot [one shot only]. If the location does not have a ship on it, the shot is a Miss. If the location does have a ship, the shot is a Hit. If all the grid locations containing the ship are hit, the ship is sunk.
Lose all of your ships, and you're out of the game. No chance to fire back, no respawn, nothing. Eventually one player will survive, and that player is the winner.

2. The Players
Simply PM me with ship placements if you wish to join. List will be updated as soon as possible.

Uh, just one question.
1. What do you assume A to be: column or row? Is A10 at the bottom left, or at top right?

The fleet of ships makes circles in the water. The black hull feels hot as it glistens in the sky.

There could be a deathly silence in the waves, but no such could be found in the machinery that ripped it's way across. The mechanics, engineers, cooks even did look little like humans. Humans wore clothes, they wore rags. Humans walked upright, they stalked the hallways like vultures.

Humans had the occasional moment of mercy. Mercy was not a known concept for them.

Are we going to play Salvo, or Classic, when it comes to weaponry?

Salvo (1 shot per ship sailing, for a max of 5 shots per turn). It'll shorten the game but keep it long enough for it to be fun.
This rasies another Q&A though: If we play salvo, will we fire different rounds on different players, or will we fire all rounds on one player at a time?
