You go down the stairs, and then you reach basement.
It seems to consist from four connected rooms with lots of shelves, cabinets and crates of various size, filled with various items, none of them catch your interest though, also good amount of light gets there through cloudy walls, so it's not really dark.
As you go in, you notice that there is random holes in the cloudy walls and furniture.

Then you see creatures that made these holes: Cloud Eaters, small, brown, worm-like creatures with webbed wings, pair of claws and proboscis through which they 'drink' the clouds.
There is around twelve of them, but more of them can be hiding in the holes.

Red Robe and Blue Cape don't seems to have any known to you special properties, and also are highly damaged, even symbols that you saw earlier was burned out and are not there anymore, you take them into your inventory anyway, though you are forced to drop one of empty bottles to fit them in (Item Get: Red Robe[Condition: High Damage], Blue Cape[Condition: High Damage], Item Dropped: Empty Bottle).
Only thing that you know about Talismans, is that they 'can save one's live in the critical situations' (Tome of Knowledge entry added), you put it into your inventory, forcing another empty bottle to be dropped(Item Get: Talisman, Item Dropped: Empty Bottle).
Manual seems to have some information about color magic training methods and some spells (Tome of Knowledge entry added), you put it into your inventory to maybe read it later, forcing yet another empty bottle to be dropped (Item Get: Manual[Color Magic], Item Dropped: Empty Bottle).
Dark book seems to have an evil aura, you know nothing about it, and it, in fact, looks dangerous.
