I'll see if I can misdirect them.
Fire 6 shots, with 3 shots aimed at each of the enemies, then misdirect them by flying away at a certain distance, not too close that they can hit the rest of party, but not too far that it would cause attention of other hostiles.
Passive energy regen system:1 turns left.
Whee.

The shields the guards have block the attacks.
Aila: You've gotta backstab 'em.
The guards quickly respond and stab R0. (-30)

Those misdirected shots blatantly confuse the Slag Walkers.
Alba Laza Alpha-Strikes them, blowing all their parts off.
Aila slices some Slag Guards from behind. (-40 to 2 of them)
Lily's Psyslicers seek the back of the Guards and hit. (-20 to them all (4))
MK II launches some Homing Lasers. (-25 to the Guards)
Vector uses the Spin Charge behind one, effectively killing it, however shocking himself.
Vector: Doh. -bzzzt-
VF Type-H knocks back any enemy attempting to get Magnus.
Magnus: I'm almost there, just a little more! (1turn)

Backstabbing slag guards are proven effective.
But there are something else needs to be done, perhaps.
Fire guns on all slag guards' shields, on purpose so they're busy blocking.
