Nations Under Fire; A Forum Strategy Game. [Rules/Notices]

Nations Under Fire is a turn-based strategy game. It's pretty basic but what the hell, let's give it a go.
Some of you have played this before, so you know how it works. I will shortly be writing up the rules.
NEW FEATURES: Commander Points
Every player starts with five Commander Points. They can invest them into three areas: Direct Assault (Attack), Reactionary (Defence), First Strike (Speed). These provide in-game bonuses and allow you to purchase custom units.
