Interestingly, I find horses to be one of the more lackluster features that's been added of late, however, my interests lie more with the added features for map makers. Such things as the command blocks, custom spawners and other such features.
With that said, I'd be down for a vanilla (?) server. If only for a little while. I get pretty bored with vanilla these days...
