How to contribute to the community: A Topical Study

Talk about whatever - video games, sports, doesn't matter as long as it's not in another section.

How to contribute to the community: A Topical Study

Post by CoreShooter »

Step One

Pretend to like other people's work and patronize them excessively. Regarding criticism from others, reject immediately and maintain an extremely defensive persona with your arguments backed by poor analogies and examples. Reviews from others should not be taken lightly and any opinions that may weaken your morale should be ignored and that person given the cold shoulder. Doing so will cause them to realize that they have hurt your feelings, and they would hence be obliged to apologize and express their feelings of shame. This may take one to two days to settle, and in the case that this does not occur, bother those around you, especially those with considerable influence on the community, or someone in an administrative position, to drive this to happen faster.

Indeed, in such cases it is best seen that the ends justify the means. And to justify means in the process, your expression is key.

Use wisely the opportunity of the exposition of your many fallacies to be taken as an opportunity to show off your ability to defend yourself. Doing such will make you a surefire hit within the community and make you instantly popular.

In such a way, assuming this position in a community seems to best allow for your definition as an independent member of society to be brought out, and will earn you the due respect. Take close note, however, of the necessity to take everything other people say literally so as to avoid unnecessary confusion.

Step Two

Use as many smilies, large images and clean, under-12 appropriate jokes or excerpts as possible in every post you make. One example of such use would be the pun, which is highly regarded as the highest form of local comedy. A common yet scathingly bad way to make a poor first impression is to display a significant quantity talent, as others will develop feelings of jealousy, causing perhaps mutual hate and risking the exposition of your insecurities. If caught in such a situation, however, you may perhaps be able to make use of the above step to cover it up and take it as an opportunity to show off and defend yourself.

As I repeat, it is essential that you maintain an unhealthy amount of self esteem in every situation, especially during times where you look through your posts, so as to establish your dominance over the discussion at hand or the argument that you have likely caused. Building on this, your grammar mistakes are also not your fault. One cannot live a life without making mistakes, and you play your role by ensuring that people respect you for who you are, with all the many, many, many, many mistakes that you make and impose upon your unwilling audience.

The user is always correct, and others are not there to control you, and your freedom is your priority. Your freedom of expression is key.

Step Three

Finally, it is imperative that you express your creative energies freely. A commonly approached method would be to post numbers in a creative way in the "Count to a Million thread". Expression is key. One of the most popular ways of doing this is to create works of art for the community to view. Reviews, both good and bad are irrelevant to you, as highlighted in step one and two. Note that expression is key.

A notable style enjoyed and embraced by a majority, if not all of the community happens to involve art containing renditions of underaged girls, underaged girls in animal costumes, flying underaged magical girls (with or without animal costume), and speeding rodents. Given that you are integrating yourself into a progressive society that demands a greater depth of insight and musicality in a sense, expression is key. Disregard any complaints or critiques with the methodology as presented in step one. Expression is key. Grammatical errors can also be considered an abstract form of typology, so make use of it and consider it part of your creative repertoire. Expression is key.

Expression is key.
