This wasn't a bad boss, in fact I think it's one of your best. The problem lies with it's repetitiveness, with each phase getting more and more boring, and the death sequence was nothing much.
The attacks were well-designed, but I feel that they weren't really special, any of them. All the attacks you used to make the boss have probably been made before, give or take a few extra events.
Not that your boss is bad, I mean, the attention to detail of the design is way above average, if you ask me. It's the part I believe I liked most about your boss.
KNOWN ISSUES:
- Randomizer stops working after a while. I have no clue why, or how to fix it. If it does stop working, just means you took too long.
Other then that, Enjoy. And let's see you top that.

Very good. Though I think the fact that the randomiser always stops working for me probably says a lot about how good (or not) I am at shmups. The multiple forms having different health bars is fairly innovative. Good work apu.
And just for the record, I didn't do much.
