Pertaining to Rule #12, will it be acceptable if someone uses an Item Box Part, with Item Generation Disabled?

Oh man... Personally some parts of this a bit stingy...
12 parts?
Okay. I've seen SPIDER'S EXTERMINATOR which was 15 or 16 parts(?need citation).
But when you put an effort in making drones... I, though, in my preference would spend more than that.
Only 6 visible parts which also, is a bit stingy.
So... This will not have a boss in the end of 12 waves?
Also, what if a drone comes in as effects only then when it is about to do it's attack run, it makes itself visible before suddenly getting 'de-spawned' after the attack run, is that allowed?
Also, are effects-only enemies counted?
There are only 5 types of drones, what I have more than 5 different attack methods for them?
If drones come in packs, let's say, I have 6 types of packs, then each pack would have a leader... That would have 12 different designs for drones? The Point is, can I only have 5 different designs of each type drone or I can also have a different drone that has different design but works similarly?
And seriously, no swarming? As in, no more than 8 drones on-screen?
Overall, I don't see the point of underpowering popcorn drones too much, and as this challenge states, it really does underpower the lowly popcorn drone. I've always thought part of the concept of popcorn drones was to overwhelm the player due to sheer number to compensate for their weak nature.
"Cannon fodder is an informal, derogatory term for military personnel who are regarded or treated as expendable in the face of enemy fire. The term is generally used in situations where soldiers are forced to deliberately fight against hopeless odds (with the foreknowledge that they will suffer extremely high casualties) in an effort to achieve a strategic goal."
Strategy: "A plan of action or policy designed to achieve a major or overall aim."
Here, I'm pointing out that cannon fodder will have at least a chance of doing in player. And judging by the parameters of this challenge, the limitations of 5 bullets per drone is too stingy.(I have repeated that word thrice now)
I'm not against player morale, motivation for the player to play the game, and I'm not necessarily implying I'm trying to kill the player off at any moment's notice. I just wanted a little more effort for popcorn drones to do their jobs.
But at any rate, this is still, YOUR Challenge... I'm not trying to change anything.

Is WAIT command in waves allowed?
Also, it's possible to destroy drone protector before the energy wall is up, maybe set it there before player spawns?
