Did you (finally) use a different Codec?

I'm using VP61 Advanced Profile

Currently using the XVid codec on Bandicam. Personally I wish I could use the ffdshow codec but it doesn't look like it works with it.

I'm still using Camstudio and no problems with that so far

Well, Microsovt Video 1 Codec was the source of my problems

Wow... hell... four pages back. I'm surprised I even found this topic.

Right, injecting just a bit of new blood in this thing with a video.

I think the boss would benefit of a faster intro. It looks like it's re-entering a planet, yet it isn't moving all that fast compared to the background. On the same note, when it stops the thrusters it would go downwards faster unless it's using some sort of gravity device.

Little nitpick, the burners from the bomb/mines should move downwards too.

When it dies, either have it go downwards or keep the thrusters on, otherwise it ruins the illusion of speed.

Not sure what you're going on about.

Boss-wise, I'd have to second what Fox said, and also expand on Hyphen's. Try making some bullet patterns that aren't "common". As it is currently, the patterns don't really stand out. I understand that this is still a work in progress, but it's something to keep in mind.
