Very weird problem. [solved]

I'm making moving walls for a boss, but a gap always appears in one wall despite both walls being symmetrical. Why is the gap appearing?
I recorded the problem too, to help explain it further:

EDIT: This problem was solved via shoutbox, disregard/remove/lock it please.
